A little piece of poetry

In my poetry class i was told to write one. The topics could we could use were: a conversation between two people, a change of mood or what you thought about love. I had chosen the last one. Hope you enjoy it.

Love's Definition

Shakespeare said it was a tragedy,

And for some people it’s useless,

However, i say all that is nonsense,

Cause it’s the only thing that makes us feel alive

Love is letting someone enter to your life,

A soulmate that you are meant to meet,

The only thing that makes hell a heaven

And make someone become your home,

It will not be easy to found but eventually it will come

The best part of it?

You don’t have to say “I love you” to say i love you

There’s a million words you can say

Sometimes with a smile or even a laugh is enough

Until you find the right one many types you will,

Your heart might get broken, confused or insecure,

But it doesn’t matter ‘cuz loving can heal, loving can melt your soul,

I swear it will get easier, remember with every piece of you,
